Lazy of doing anything, I spent around 6 hours yesterday doing nothing but searching for available domains in good niches... To my surprise, there are still a lot of good available domains in good niches especially in car auto loan, domaining, web hosting, weight loss, health.

I listed 68 good domains in different niches above and planning to register them next week. The nest plan if to create blogs out of this domains (around 5 sites every 4 months), put content, promote theme, and after 4 to 6 months of having at least PR 2 and proof of income, sell them...

What do you think? The only thing I think I have a little difficulty is the content. Promotion and seo has never been a problem to me....

I found 5 real good domains and I registered them immediately for safe keeping... All domains are .com

Any comment is highly appreciated..

what are the names? :)
You can find cheap content providers @ forums (you know where right?) for cheap. I would think that is the best route. When you dont have to worry about content creation, you could do probably double the sites and get good deals from writers.

Or JV with people who like to write. You will give them a percentage of what it sells for. It's a good way to weed the dummies from the mummies. (That made no sense, bud light 16oz talking) What I'm trying to say, find content creators that are serious about raking in the dough.

I think if your good at seo then your unlimited to possibilities. I'm a little shy trying to find places to add links so I rely on natural organic traffic built up over years of development.
