Intergratable CMS

Does anybody know of a Content Management System which I could intergrate into my current website easily? For example, I could hav an image on the front page of the site in which I could quickly change the image, link and caption of with this CMS?

Well there are programs like Joomla where you can change the photo and the caption relatively quickly by logging into an administration panel. Is this what you were looking for? It is the old Mambo with a new name and more features. I use it myself and love it.

I'd recommend Wordpress. It works so well, you might want to run the whole site with it.
