stemcellforum.com was just sold on sedo for 1050 euros i belive.


its interesting if i owned that domain and listed it at sedo i would have let it go for even a 30 dolalr profit..

somd domain sales really surprise me!

why cant it happen to me :(:(:(:(

(my opinion, if I were appraising, would have been much lower then the sold price you mention, on sedo)

however, that only means that its really true.. that
"The value is dependant on what the "buyer" is willing to pay"
such as in the case of stemcellforum.com (3word medical .com)

but the good news, is that the name DID SELL.. on SEDO.. and that can only be a positive thing..

Also, sedo repeatedly warns against asking high prices for domains for sale. Their advice is that in the long run, it may be better to have reasonable prices and frequent sales than to wait for high-value sales that might never come. Sound advice, IMHO.

compsnies or end users are itching for!!!:tri:

some PHP/perl of java coders perhaps can rigged up

Sedo only gets paid when you get paid. They have thousands of listings and can afford to accept nickels and dimes on each domain. I believe that if you come accross a winner it is better to hold it. If it is a winner, it will eventually sell for a decent price. Reasonable for me is not always the same as it is for Sedo.
