So I have had time to park this domain,
Last 32 days at sedo:

302 unique visitors, 101 clicks 33.44% CTR $3.92 revenue - sedo sucks for adult clicks

After traffic and click analysis, I am getting traffic from both the adult side and the education side. I get a lot of baby clicks and how to prevent teen pregnancy LOL! I suppose this is good because it really makes the name more versatile.

Any further appraisals? How much should I sell it for?

Intercourse I think atleast 1k. Very good potential to be developed as a sex education kind of a video website with all the frequently asked questions answered by experts using videos including educational videos.
