I am selling the domain IntelNotebook.com. There are an average of 246,000 searches per month for the keyword phrase "Intel Notebook" just on Google alone. I am selling this domain because I don't have the time to develop it with other projects going on.
I put up a one page Wordpress website a few months back with the intention of developing it and for two months it ranked #1 out of 38,900,000 results. The ranking has dropped off since I didn't have the time to build up the site, but the traffic potential is huge since the keywords are in the domain.
