I believe you have a trademark issue there. I am assuming the valuation was done by an automated tool that looked at the keyword relevance without regard to trademarked term (Intel).

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and I am not even saying someone who doesn't understand the implications of trademark infringement wouldn't buy it, but eventually it will catch up with someone... and then Intel will have another domain (and they won't have to pay for it.)
