Hi!

Just saw on ebay the name IntelCertified.com is for sale at 0,99$

What's interesting the seller has a 100% feedback with 580 transactions.

Isn't this a very blatant TM infringement? They let sellers get away with such auctions?

By first glance, yeah it seems like blatant tm infringement to me...unless someone somehow has the right to use the intel tm to indicate that they are certified by them...

I wouldn't touch it if I were dared...

Maybe someone hasn't reported it to eBay? Or eBay's waiting for Intel to send
a complaint?

Hundreds of TM domains are listed daily on eBay. There is nothing unique there.

However, basically stealing Intel's logo for the auction, even the "R", is probably not an amazing idea by the seller.

nice domain, but privacy issues in it.

There are significantly more issues than just privacy issues... lots of legal and financial impact possibilities... so I wouldn't personally characterize it as "nice" for that reason.
