Just regged the above name which I was extremely suprised that it was still available! Could be developed into a site comparing the different insurance companies & their prices for different types of policies.

I am not very experienced at appraising .tv domains, but at first look they sound very good and have some business value.

Developing the domain would be a good idea.. as .tv is not so common. May be you can make a deal with a tv channel to further promote the domain.
