How do you define "related"?

If I have one million $1 dollar notes I have a lot of money. My having fifty $1 dollar notes is not in any way "similar value".
Same with your domain name.
"Insurance.com" is a perfect domain name, it's worth a lot for obvious reasons. "nsurance" or "insrance" or other things are not worth much, because people who would use such names are huge companies who don't care about such things.

"insurancu" in Google = 4K results
"insurance" in Google = 918,000,000 results
Similar?

Someone might buy it, another domainer or whatever. given the single letter difference you might end up getting some cash for this, but in reality it's not really worth anything, sorry.

You are wanting too much for your domain names in general. There's nothing wrong with wanting to make money in domaining, but you won't do it by highly overpricing your names in the hope to make it all on that single lucky name.
You'd be better lowering your prices to a sensible value so you actually sell some, and then buying more and selling those, and repeating etc.

This way you'll make "some" money. Having them way overpriced means you'll make "no" money.

Not only does "insurancq" only have 4K searches too, but additionally Google auto corrects to "insurance" so you've just lost any typo traffic (well, not that there was any anyway)

Honestly, with millions of domainers and companies additionally searching for lucrative keywords, these would have been hand regged if they were useful (not saying someone wouldn't buy them, the world is a weird place, but generally they're worthless).

The main thing on this, is that the domain finish with a vowel instead of a q . That can raise more the domain value. I'm also receiving nice bids for this domain that shows some potential for this domain.
