Here's the deal, I have a Navigation menu that I want to insert into all of my pages. And when I edit that navigation menu I don't want to have to do it to every page. So, is there a way to do this with a link or something? I am using frames right now, but my menu has a drop down box that you can't see all of the drop downs in it because they go down past the frame. Here's the link to my site and you will see what is going on at this time. http://www.maultechatv.com Or if where easier I would just like the drop down menu's to open in the lower frame! Thanks

If you have access to server side languages, ASP and PHP offer include files that will do what you need.

I think I know what you are looking for and in my opinion the better way to acheive this is to use php script to change the page content while keeping your menu intact.

Are you saying you want your navbar on every page without redoing the coding? This can be done very simple by using PHP. Does your server support PHP. If so, PM me and I can tell you how to do it.
