Definition -

Very high quality generic TERM, and huge web presence.. only drawback is its extension however it wouldnt stop you from getting decent money from the domain name..

I'd appraise it for low $xxxx reseller price, and high $xxxx to Low $xx,xxx end user value depending on their requirement

Niches are already there to accommodate them, when products (ideas) are born.. One just has to give it some time, to sit there for some time and think about what suits this quality TERM, The Best.. iReport.com didnt had a niche or product related to it but CNN had something else going on in their mind.. Well we could have said iReport? iReport what, who, when, where? but no we aint saying that...

One niche could be Information related network.. second could be News Portal and more importantly its a ONE WORD DotNet..
