Hello,

I own the domain:

Infonavit.com

It gets natural type-in traffic due to this high traffic mexican state owned credit/loan/housing website:

Infonavit.org.mx

Traffic here:
https://www.similarweb.com/website/infonavit.org.mx#overview

They got a lot of FB fans too:
https://es-la.facebook.com/ComunidadInfonavit/

The story:

I purchased the domain back in 2015.

As you can see by the screenshots, the traffic and revenue has been good.
But then, the domain got blocked from tier1 advertising.
And it went from earning about 20-25$ per day down to 5-6$ per day at ParkingCrew.com

I then switched to HasTraffic.com which are known for their work with monetizing blocked domains.
The revenue went up to about 40-42$per day.

But then, it jumped down to a few dollars per day again.

Right now, I dont have the time to try to find the best monetizing company for this domain, or to try to un-block it.
So therefore im selling the domain to someone who has the knowledge and the time to monetize this traffic.

Its mexican credit/loan/housing traffic.
Shouldnt be too hard to find a company in Mexico that wants to buy the traffic.

Even when selling the traffic (re-direct it to a landing page) at 5-10 cent, the revenue will be good.

Or perhaps redirect all this targeted traffic to your own site if you are in this niche ...

But, im in the middle of another deal on another domain, so I have decided to let someone else buy this domain to fund the other.

I have attached screenshots from both ParkingCrew.com and HasTraffic.com

Im open to trade deals but it has to be premium domains.

Check attached screenshots and get back to me.

To be super clear, I want to say once more that for the moment, this domain is blocked from tier1 advertisers.
It can still earn a good amount of money as you see from the HasTraffic screenshot but it fluctuates a lot.

I have not tried to sell the domain to infonavit.org.mx, but that would be one option for the new owner who can arrange this kind of deal with a mexican speaking domain broker.

Kind Regards
