It's practically a steal, a decent domain with 25,000+ visits per month and $200 monthly adsense revenue. Mainly selling for traffic purposes though, seeing as adsense revenue cannot be guaranteed in the future.

Must say I recently bought a domain which redrabbit 's stats showed 50 visitors a day, but that number has dropped to 3 a day as soon as I got the domain.
I therefore assume traffic is generated due to smart SE work and backlinks, but is not pure type in. Just parking such domain might not bring revenue, and no revenue stats are actually shown for skateass.com

I actually sent sent revenue stats to all those who have requested for the last 3 months. I agree that it isn't 100% type, only about 50%.

Also, the domain that I sold to was advertised as 30-50 visitors per day and according to my stats for the last week it was receiving only type in and averaging about 30 visits per day.

The domain itself was a great name however. Also from what I have been told parking stats usually only so unique visitors where as awstats show regular visitors, these stats along with the other ones display both uniques and regular visitors.

In this example skateass.com gets approximately 18,000 uniques per month and 22,000+ visitors altogether. Sure, this domain may not be the best for parking but if you are thinking of developing your own business or even pointing the domain to your site for a truck load of extra traffic it's for you.
