I can see how it could be argued that those keywords come up a lot as I bet plenty of before search for "info before marriage" or "info before buying property" and google shows 21M results for "info before" - but I would imagine the majority of (non typo) searches would have a search term along with those keywords - or even "info + subject" so "info before" would be a lot further down the list.

I would value this between $100 and $200 - $860 seems excessive.

IMO This is a regfee domain in the reseller market.

Some might say that in the end user market, it's worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay, but I'm sick of that statement because it's patently wrong. If you were to find an end user for this domain, I wouldn't be surprised if the price were in the mid $xxx. I would not hold my breath though.
