It's been already pointed out, but it's about sales/development.

Somebody posting they have some offer means nothing, since most of the time it's made up. Or they won't post the name or offer. The offer might be less than they initially paid for it, etc.

Let's go to Year To Date Sales.

club - 8 - this is the only one from the ones out so far that I've seen getting any sales really

and it only takes $8,800 to make the chart

And I'm pretty sure if we went thru those names, it would be General Availability day 1 or earlier purchase. Not usually the names you see being posted here.

Also, I see .mobi has 11 reported sales over $100,000. The biggest I see so far, from all the new ones is $50,000. Even with those 11 sales over $100,000, how is .mobi looking now?

I'm yet to see any evidence of the new gtlds being worth investing in. Yes maybe a small % have profited from them but how many have lost/will lose money on them. Ofc you will always have a few good sales in whatever extension it is if it's money,casino,travel .whatever etc. All of these types of domains would of been resevered no doubt. I sometimes wonder if desperate registrars are employing people to post on forums.

at one point in time, we wasnt even sure if dotcom would take off. As they say nothing ventured, nothing gained.

fastball as in baseball, the individual informed me he planned to dev into a forum. He only offered $150 so i decided to hold for now

I have never heard of a fastbell club.

About 4,930,000 results in Google search for "Fastball Club" i understand it's not a great name but i kinda liked it so grabbed it.

Maybe, but it has zero searches. I think homerun.club would have been a more suitable one for baseball. Fastball.club sounds like it's own sport.
