Does anyone know of a free site where one might lookup business inc filings?
I am trying to determine who submitted paperwork to have his/her online business Incorporated. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Incorporation is done on the state level.

Generally search for the secretary of state offic of your state or the state you want to incorporate. There are some national and inernet companies that will file for you in all states, but you can do it yourself in most cases.
