In need of some pricing from a site builder that can make and integrate a nice template into this site. www.hostblab.com

I will have a forums and a review section that is run through a CMS. Need a nice looking template with sections for google ads above the fold and also banner ads. I want to be able to get rid of the ads that are currently sitting at the bottom of the page.
