Hey guys, im looking for a partner to build an orginal, unique type of site.

So far - I have the following materials to build

- A news site
-Flash games section
-Question & Answer's section
- Vb forum
-Cam section
-Wallpaper section
-Image upload section
- Marketplace section for ebooks

- Phpfox section - Section for gamers to upload videos, share experinces, connect with thier psn/xbox live accounts. - Section for sports lovers, section for music lovers.

Now, at the moment, i have 1.3k. Which will probably just about, JUST get everything in place.

I have a great track record of building google news sites (done so for clients) -Good news site can make a fortune.

Im looking for someone who is creative and most importantly can give a clash flow injection to get everything 100 percent in place. Im offering a good share in what profit in which will make = I estimate we will be picking up 3k p/m after the inclustion of google news and possiblty more with advertisement sales.

This is a great oppoutunity for someone to gain a steady, CONSISTENT cash flow.

I am some money from a will next year, around 4,000. Most of the money will go on to hire a SEO to get page rank 1 for top words such as Health, News, Insurnace, sports, love ect. - As you know, having a decent postion in search rankings can turn into sales/money.

I don't need a huge investment, around 1,000 will do it. Please bear in mind, this is not risk, i have developed a few google news sites which are picking up a decent amount of bucks per month. Don't miss on this!

Ash,
