In need of a design (possibly) - Hosting Design

I need it to have a drop down menu, nothing "too" fancy I like clean sites. I need a profesional designer not a regular free hosting sites as this is paid hosting. Here are some examples I like:

It needs to be very easy to edit, lots of way to add things and very open and exandabple. Preferably centered. Also coded please

Just to let ya know, $10-$30 for an completely unique full template is WAY underpriced. The designs for the sites that you showed go for about $300-$350 if they're unique. You may need to up the ante.
