NFTs are actually immutable properties. When you can have immutable holdings, why not immutable properties. May be use case for real estate related tokens. Wouldn't the real estate ownership be tokenised in future?Properties that can't be changed (immutable), hmm. Not so sure on the desirability factor of that, but I'm sure its a thing. I struggle, personally. Offers accepted as a package while you own them, hope you get a bid. If value does happen to be realised, 3 figures. IMO
Offers accepted, see what comes your way. Another problem is the business "immutable dot com" exists, doing NFT stuff...they're really in there. I don't see another "immutable" coming in to take some action, while they're around with that brand, like I don't see another Binance or a Coinbase coming in. Brands that are already known and strong (and protected, most likely), same principle...just nah. Hope I'm wrong. IMOOffers accepted, see what comes your way.
