well if you get along with Maxim magazine and don't put up anything connected to them, you won't get sued, but then again if not connected with Maxim magazine, this name has little value.

As pointed out above, this name has some TM issues. The question begs what could this name be used for besides what Maxim magazine does? I think you'll find close to nothing. Im going to slap a warning sticker on this domain name, and leave it with a $0 value.
