Registered this one freshly. I'm not sure if I'm going to develop it or not yet, but it's leaning toward yes right now. Please tell me what you think this would be worth both developed + undeveloped.

Doesn't look very good with .org. I'd say reg fee undeveloped, more with development (depends on how you develop).

imagecastle.org undeveloped would only be worth reg fee, there's nothing too special about it, there are hunderds of available combinations of image host domains out there, so there is no great demand.

If you develop it into an image host, it depends on the traffic but if it were a rather large image host it could be around mid $xxx.

imagecastle.org seems a nice name for a personal portfolio. But if you intend to develop it as a image hosting site, then it would seem inappropriate. Then again, who knows? It may be as popular as google/yahoo.
