Image zoom

ok i posted in the programming section for a script that would alow me to to have a image on a website for a client of mine that will alow you to zoom in/out and to move the image around

i have a image of a map that shows my clients coverage area. its a rather large map. I have posted this all over on different forums and so far only one responce and that was a suggestion to have flash design made.

Please let me know if you can do something like this and how much? and how long it will take i need something soon

As long as the map/image is in vector format, Flash will be able to scale it without any image loss. If we're talking about bitmap, there will be a substantial loss of quality once zoomed in.

i can build it in flash whatever size you want .. you can zoom it and move it
