Image zoom?

I have a client that has a map of their coverage area and its a rather large map, so if i resize down to a decent browser size then its too small

i am looking for good script that will allow you zoom in/out on it and move around once zoomed in. I found some on hot script and they all pretty much suck except for one and that one cost $600.00 anyone know of a good place or know of a good script to use...
