Image-Uploading Script

I am looking for a professional looking Image Uploading Script.

I would like it to be very similar to ImageShack.us
I like the option to resize.
I like how it gives you multiple links, for forums, email, direct link, ect...
I would like it to be easily skinable.
I would like it to easily support ads like Google Adsense.

I have looked all over and haven't found just what I was looking for. Do you guys know of any such scripts? Or do you know someone who can make/modify me one?
