not that there is anything wrong with your script but you really shouldnt be comparing it with imageshack.us, they are nowhere close to the same

what are your terms for resell, may i build a site with the script then sell the site, may i sell the script once without a site? do you have an option/price that would include full resell rights?

You cannot resell the script alone however if you put it up onto a website, then you can sell the website off without having another copy of the script.

just to be sure, this script doesnt use php includes for header/footer files? its straight html?

It uses a templating system. You have a template folder where all the template files are held. You can easily edit these template files to match your satisfaction.
