Hello,
I registerted a .co.uk last June (2014) and have been slowly developing it since then.
Today I found that their is a Trademark registered on the image, which is the same wording (non plural wording) as my .co.uk domain name.
After doing some searching i found the image trademark had been filed earlier the same month i had registered my domain, allthough not published until July 2014.
How do I stand here? i'm not trying to cash in on anything. If theirs a problem i would simply not use the domain name.
Any advice would be appreciated.
