Im back on Namepros after more then 3 years. When I left domaining I was very young and immature kid who had some success with domain selling but wasn't satisfied with money I had been making. Now, I have more knowledge, experience and money to invest so Im eager to start again. Wish me luck

Welcome back. Since the last 3 years in the industry, I would say the single biggest development is that domain leasing and financing is going mainstream.

For example, yesterday I saw that Steve Sacks sold a $300K domain with payment plan. This was for a corporate buyer but was done in payments rather than lump sum.

Now people are asking for it by name, e.g. this one this morning. Three years ago people were not requesting it but now it is commonplace. So, ask for high prices but then offer leasing for anyone who does not have the ability to buy the domain outright.
