I would appreciate anyone's advice as to a fair market price.

I have an end user that would like to purchase this domain for a travel site.

VisitJamaica.com sold for $5k. Hypothetically then, visitbelize.com would be worth "maybe" a $1k (not nearly as popular). Therefore, a slightly lesser name than that, ilovebelize.com, I'd figure $500-$750 to the right person. It depends on how badly the end user wants it. But even $500 might be too optimistic.

End user for a travel site, jb's estimation of the $500 to $750 price range sounds right on. Start them off with a $1500 price and see where it ends up.

Also AGREE ... as I don't think this one would get any attention in the "wholesale/reseller" space.
If it were mine, and under the same scenario ... I'd gladly accept $150 - $250 from an "End user".
