I would appreciate anyone's advice as to a fair market price, how to market and/or list these domains for sale.

I have several names that I would like to get some feedback on and would like to know whether to list them individually or several at one time, if so, about how many at a time.

I also have many travel/tourism names and would like to know how best to make money with my parked pages, if pay-per-click or affiliate program, what are some good sites.

You will find a TON of information on some of these other aspects (marketing, leads, Sales, PPC, etc.) throughout the NP site ... albeit in other Forums. For "Appraisals", I'd offer you search Google as:
"Executive Domain(s)" (WITH the quotes) to potentially locate End user/Retail ($$) leads. I think these would be a nicely developed Reseller site, as well.

$35 - $47.50+ (wholesale), IMHO. Long, but very professional, prestigious. This is what I believe you would get for them in "resale/wholesale" and undeveloped, and as a package.

This name is worthy of development, listing only quality "business~corporate" type domains.. and then marketing the site direct too the executive~corp. community.
