Great job on the site. I am a big fan...

So I'm assuming if the seller were to post a BIN and someone replies sold everything is ok with Namepros?

What happens if the seller and buyer complete the transaction with a non-disclosure?

If the seller posts BIN in the thread & Buyer posts SOLD, everything is good. Sadly, due to the naturue of the events that took place, if someone other than the secret buyer posts SOLD after the bin or has the winning bid after 72 hours passes & the domain is no longer available to honor the sale, it would be a Bad Business violation that goes on the sellers account.

@Eric Lyon, I appreciate your concerns and would like to clarify what has happened here.

Three of them made BIN offers by PM and I agreed on a price with one of them. He needed a non-disclosure on it and I agreed. Before announcing the sale, I sent a message to Moderator (Michelle) about what has happened with the auction and asked her to close the thread. There has not been any sort of bad business here; only the Buyer's Non-disclosure has been honored.

Now, we have completed the sale as mutually agreed. The domain has been paid for and transferred out.

The rules were not followed in the auction and multiple bidders were left scratching their heads (Some reported you). You can't sell domains privately that have active bids on them. Please complete your auction as outlined in the rules. Failure to do so will result in an infraction on your account. All members must abide by the same rules.You are bound to the auction that has bids on it.
