Neither. it's not completely worthless, after all you paid just under $7 for it, but at the same time, not quite the retirement plan either.
it's quite the long domain for a gambling related domain, while it's generic for gambling which is the upside.
i'd say, definite end-user potential for one of the poker or blackjack places, although i'd guess it's more leaning towards pocker.
undev'd and reseller, low $xx
dev'd and/or end-user: mid - high $xx at the beginning.

Anyways, i would only send something back that is questionable to YOU!
if you have a plan for this domain, or see potential in it, whether it be in development, ppc or sale to an end user; only you can judge if it's truly worth returning or keeping it.

Let's take NP for example; as a stand alone name,..well i'd say most of us would give it a mid $xx, if that. However, as it stands today, with over 47k members, a highly respected board with a VERY driven user base, NP is worth quite a hefty sum.
Bottom line: only you can judge if its worth keeping the name.

If you don't have any plans and simply want to rely on PPC, then you might want to reevaluate.
