I'm selling my website/domain name ihatemyspace.com. I'm trying concentrate and focus on my core business. I have too many irons in the fire as it is so I need to shed some weight. The website is new and I recently purchased the domain from it's previous owner. You can have the website and the forum or just buy the domain name, your choice. Let me be direct, the domain alone is worth a good amount with all the attention myspace gets all media outlets, dateline specials on child predators, movies, etc... That is too say I feel the domain is worth more than the time I put into the website. I can envision a much better website. I have had people call me from the whois info on the domain asking me about the domain but at the time I had no desire to sell. I don't have much in the way of stats because I left it unparked to protect it from any violations until I put the website up. The website was recently put up with no ads to make sure I did not have any conflicting social sites advertised, again to protect it. The site has unlimited potential in reaching those that hate Myspace for any number of reasons. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for the view. - the domain name alone with worth something, please do not lowball because you don't see income figures. I won't sell unless I get the right offer. Domains themselves are the land, the property and website is the building on the property. Land always has value alone and the buildings on the property can add or subtract value.

Really, wow. That's crazy. I have seen that with some of mine too only to watch them be sold for xx,xxx. :yell: What a dummy I was. Trust me at the rate Myspace is growing I would keep it but I just have too much going on.

I appreciate your forwardness but your not seeing the big picture. I know what I want for this domain and website and it won't go for a penny less. Maybe though I underestimate the value? Maybe your new at this, with domain purchasing, I'm not sure but let me explain. This offer is posted at multiple forums, therefore it is only fair to all parties that I allow the offer process to mature. As the seller, I have a figure in mind, to some that might be high, to some that may be low but the buyer(s) will determine if I meet or exceed my goal. Have you ever sold anything before? Have you ever gone to eBay? I suppose all people on eBay are lazy and playing games? According to you if something has no BIN attached to it the person does not do his/her own due diligence? What then is a Reserve for? Millions of people on the internet must have gotten it all wrong according to you. So, what would be the point of any auction, anywhere if they all had a BIN? Are they all playing games? This is a fair process and the seller has a choice to sell at X or to allow bids to come in. I pose these questions for your benefit as your remarks are out of line. I'm not sure I follow your logic and I'm not sure why your choosing a tone that suggests something is off. There is no reason to offend a poster, seriously, it doesn't help you or I with any sale or purchase. I would be more than happy to let you know the BIN once I get a response from all the forums. In fairness, at that point I will let everyone know. I do wish you the best, hopefully my post clarifies this situation. Cheers.
