If you're looking for a place to host your designs/templates/whatever, here's a good site.
It's a user generated site full of everything from cellphone themes to web templates, and some programming mixed in between.
This site allows you to upload your designs/templates/anything you have made, for free. Once you have uploaded your item, you can either chose to allow people to download it for free, or you can put a price on it.
In order to be eligible to upload templates/designs or other media to the site, you have to become a "developer". The process is simple, you just type in a few lines of what you will contribute and a simple screenshot or image of your work, and you will be accepted within two days (90% of the time it's within the hour, It all depends on when the admins are online). Upon becoming a developer, you will be granted access to the "developer tab" which is basically a control panel for developers on the site. From this control panel, you can add a new item, edit your current items, and do more with your items.
If you're uploading your templates/designs for a price, obviously they will be taking a percentage of whatever you make, because everyone wants a little bit of profit right? This percentage is very, very low and is something like 2% or 3% so basically all of your profit goes to you.
So lets say you've registered, obtained "developer" status, and are ready to upload some of your work, but there's no category for your item. The answer is simple: just request your own category. To do so, click on your "developer tab" and click the link that says "request new category". From there, you will be on your way to request a new category for the shop and will generally be accepted within two days (once again, if the admins are on, then usually within one hour).
Uploading things to the shop is simple and easy. All you need is a title, a description about your item, and a picture that relates to your item. Just chose a category and a sub category of where you want your item to be located in the shop.
Everything about the site is simple and easy to use. If you're interested, check it out:
