There can be no good answer to your question in my opinion. The reason is we don't know why you wanted the .com in the first place. If you are looking to invest, then find another .com. If you love the domain name and don't want to get another one; what are you going to do with the domain? If you want the next best thing to a .com most will say a .net. But in some cases a .org may be better. And if your site will be directed to those in the UK, your last option of .co.uk may be best in that case.

I will highly recommend you to go for .com... doesnt matter if your required one is not available ...try something other similar name...
