If domain is in pending delete status when can others reg it?

i am searching a name.it is in pending delete status
so if domain is in pending delete status when can others reg it?

Typically domain names are in "pending delete status" for 5 days

just backorder it and that will save the hassle of continually checking availablity

Anyone can register a domain after the 5 day pending delete period. If it's a really good name, chances are you won't be able to hand reg it. It's likely that the name is already backordered. Your best chances are trying to use a b/o service, and hope the bidding stays in your price range. It's a bummer... I know.
