I did not know the .net is popular in China. Where did you hear that?

I thought I remember reading about numeric .net domains being popular; I might be wrong.

From your experience, are Chinese single-keyword .net IDNs difficult to sell? I have zero experience when it comes to IDNs!

Not that I'm denying its truth, but does anyone have any reasons as to why this domain is regfee?

Seems like a good IDN to me, but then, I am a beginner with Chinese IDNs. I assume that .cn is the best, .com is 2nd, and net would be third. Most recent Chinese IDN sales are .cn, those are the ones I try and register.
