IDN.IDN Summary

Shall we put up a summary for new/current/coming IDN.IDN zones? It would include the date of landrush for each zone and whether non-residents allowed to take part (or if there are local registrars offering legal presence).

Below is the list of current/coming/planned IDN.IDN zones, I'll start with .рф which has just opened.

".рф" (.rf) - Russian Federation
Landrush: 11 November 2010
Restrictions: Residents-only for the 1st year, registrars offer presence.

Landrush: ? 2011
Restrictions: ?

".ไทย" (.thai) - Thailand

Restrictions: ?

yep - I posted the link in the message, but ICANN neither decides on restrictions nor shows them on its website therefore the goal of this topic is to have such a summary - all useful data in one place.
