Handregged about a year ago, never paid it much attention until Free Valuator estimated it to a whopping € 19,800.00 when i checked it today. I know these tools are not always based in reality - and probably this is waaaay over the real value of the domain -but what do you guys think?

Any comments welcome on this one, as I am somewhat at a loss with regards to this estimate
