Ideas for monetizing a domain?

Hello all. I have had a domain for some time now that is a misspelling of one of the top websites in the world.

My domain gets about 70k hits a month. I was a member of the site's affiliate program, but they (understandably) removed me from the program when they realized where the traffic was coming from. I have tried sending traffic to this site's competitors through their affiliate programs, but it's not even close to the results I was seeing.

I feel like I'm sitting on a potential goldmine if I can figure out a way to monetize this domain. Anyone have any ideas?

If you were already using this typo to monetize your domain through affiliate sales, and you were removed, count yourself lucky that they didn't take you to court instead!.:tu:

As for monetizing your domain, you could either park the domain and reap the benefits of all those clicks that might come through.

You could sell your domain based on your traffic/ revenue stats.

Or you could forward your domain to another site and use the forwarded traffic to monetize that site.
