I wanted to get this one for a while and I finally got it! Could be used for so many different sites ( adult and non-adult )

I got an offer for $300 today. Should I hold out for more? I would probably not want to sell it for less than $1,000. I know it's worth way more but I just want to make my first sale.

the $300 for an undev'd name is not bad, with development, you should easily be able to break the $x.xxx

What do you mean by developped? I mean I got http://iPhonables.com and "developed" it. But it has no traffic, so what's the difference? Plus, I don't want to develop an adult web site.

imo, a developed site requires traffic (natural). of course the definition of "developed" can vary slightly depending on who you ask, which is why there has been discussions about what can or cannot be posted in the "developed sites for sale" forum.

btw, i'm not sure if promoting an adult name is allowed in your sig...

I really don't care to develop the sites to add the value. Because if the site has the value then why would I sell it? I just want to sell the domains. Those should be two different types of businesses.

basically, if the site has value, then you sell it for more.

i already mentioned this already, but you should probably take out any adult domains from your sig before someone does it for you...
