I Was watching this domain for a while, then when it expired i finally got it

I think it can be used as like a template affiliate site or something like that

A little long, but templates are quite popular.

Mid $xx undeveloped, but quite a bit of potential if you develop it.

You might want to look into AdWords to get traffic to your affiliate site, though I'm sure it's quite crowded given that templates are a pretty big online business. Still worth a try, especially if you can gauge the value of each visitor to your site.

If its already getting some traffic from the previous owner than i'd say mid $XX if zero traffic low $XX.
