Gotta love it.

Had to buy it just based on principle.

Wondering what you all think it may be worth in the right hands. Thinking about selling it to Old Spice.

:guilty:

With a facebook page of a t-shit

You've just named this new product.

Pity offers from beer buddies don't count

The smart buddy ALWAYS take the last round.. by then not everyone is drinking

I'm not even sure what to do for site content/theme, suggestions would be welcomed.

I just want to do something fun with it I am thinking. Maybe use it for my web design portfolio website address.

It's this kind of unknown purpose that makes the name valuable. I mean a business could pick it up and use it for literally anything. There must be something a business wants to do for fun too.

I do prefer IAmTheManFromNantucket.me though - at least that has kitsch value.:sold:

IAmTheMonkeyWhoHearzNoAppraizal.me is available

Any successful person hears a lot of no's and zeros and still brings value to a solid or tangible state. Potential is hardly recognized in a modern society because the success is not rapid enough to keep much interest.

Please see namepros.com/domain-appraisals/770617-womenbreast-net.html

Advertising is not a field everyone can be in. IMHO.

Defining a site's cost isn't a simple task. Evaluate site SEO, website traffic (quantity, source, geography) and make approximate conclusions about the website's cost. Special attention should be paid not only to the current site's cost but to the growth (or decline) dynamic of the resource.

There are many factors that determine the "worth" of a site... The worth of a site is determined mainly by how much revenue the site is bringing in. Other factors would include how much traffic the site is bringing in on a monthly basis, email subscribers if any, the search engine positioning for certain keywords, etc.

BTW did he call me a monkey? :loveyou:

It is though. I think this cost you about $8, maybe less.

Evaluate site SEO, website traffic (quantity, source, geography) and make approximate conclusions about the website's cost.
It has no SEO, no traffic, and my approximate conclusion is that it still cost you about $8.

There are many factors that determine the "worth" of a site...
You're right but you don't have one and determining the "worth" of nothing is actually quite simple as there is only one factor.

The worth of a site is determined mainly by how much revenue the site is bringing in. Other factors would include how much traffic the site is bringing in on a monthly basis, email subscribers if any, the search engine positioning for certain keywords, etc.
Revenue 0, traffic 0, nothing to subscribe too... no keywords worth mentioning.

Site is worth $0

Excellent response.

I feel this particular .me name would be more valuable than the .com. This rarely happens, but I think I just made it possible.

With both I & me being pronouns it simply sounds better to the human (english speaking) ear.

Site is worth $0

There is no site, yet. This is domain appraisal. You are only stating the obvious and ignoring the not so easily seen potential in a domain name. Blame Google if you must as they are directly responsible for the massive devaluation of doman names.

Yes the name cost more than 8 dollars (9.99 to be exact) and you would know this if you actually read the thread. Web hosting is not free either. Web development and marketing will also cost some cash.

You seem to be very closed minded and negative to say the least. It's clear you have taken to being the one who calls people monkeys and never realize that people that come here are looking for encouragement, not to be belittled by an unknown. :imho:

You said what you had to say, not just once but several times. Your opinions have been noted as well as your name calling.

A 9.99 domain name can never be worth nothing, that's just stupid to even think like that or tell anyone that. You are helping no one, but others seem to be more helpful.

Maybe in your hands this domain woud be worth nothing. In my hands it's different story as I see real potential for value in it for the future. :gn: Again please see Please see namepros.com/domain-appraisals/770617-womenbreast-net.html everyone tells him it's worthless to give it away, when I could easily use it to make thousands of dollars. :kickass:

Well, I think we should not bother with this thread anymore.

The OP is set and nothing will sway him.

So let him do as he pleases.

If he sells it for anything, good for him.

If he develops the domain, good for him.

But in the future OP, be careful here of ever asking for an appraisal on another domain.

I am done.

You have to get over your yourself. Just take the appraisals and leave it at that. Unless you actually make those thousands to prove everybody is wrong, your hopes and dreams don't mean much to people. This also goes for the other thread. If you think you're a such an expert why are you even asking for other people's opinions? Especially when you are not capable of handling negative comments..

If you all like I can put the name up on Ebay for sale and post the results here. After it sells for over 9.99 I would expect an apology and or a bump up in status here. Tee hee. B-)

Any takers? If I am a monkey you are a _\|/_ .:hehe:

Everyone is willing to admit they were wrong in their opinion if it turns out to be wrong.
It is just an opinion. If you sell it for more than 9.99 to someone you don't know I will freely admit I was wrong. I don't need you to come back here and admit we were all right if you can't.

One thing to consider is that most people will say regfee/$0 even if it sells for $20-30 because it's not an effective business business model when you factor in time and other costs.

There is no site, yet. This is domain appraisal. You are only stating the obvious and ignoring the not so easily seen potential in a domain name.
You asked for an appraisal and, therefore, a statement of the obvious... if it's so obvious, why did you ask?

It's clear you have taken to being the one who calls people monkeys and never realize that people that come here are looking for encouragement, not to be belittled by an unknown. :imho:

If you post looking for development help, ideas, evaluation of your site, some insight into something then you get encouragement. When you ask for appraisal you get an appraisal.

As far as monkeys? There has been a large influx of users asking appraisals, getting appraisals, and then babbling on incoherently about how everyone is wrong. Stating they got offers they didn't (or from their mom/friends) or various other pieces of nonsense. The monkey thing is an inside joke.

A 9.99 domain name can never be worth nothing
I think we've proved that the general consensus is that this is not true

Everyone tells him it's worthless to give it away, when I could easily use it to make thousands of dollars. :kickass:
I'd love to see you do this and then come back and educate us on how you did so that we could all learn and become rich on any domain name despite google devaluing them.

I told you how I do this in the other appraisal thread I pointed you to, that you must have ignored. You are not taking in any facts and blurting out only unresearched (and now I think uneducated) opinions :imho:.

If you want to make money on the internet I can show you how despite what anyone may tell you. Based on your attitude though I highly doubt you can do what it is that I do on a daily basis (especially the dealing with people part). You need to work on your diplomacy skills. :loveyou:

I will be expecting that apology, sir.

Good luck getting any type of real world (USA) appraisal here.

Vader, you are talking about many things in one post that is in an area dedicated to one thing. Appaising Domains.

Development,Marketing strategy and everything else has nothing to do with the worth of a domain.

Forex.com is developed and one of the premier forex sites on the net, If it was sitting with a 404 page, that domain still has a lot of value.

You like the name that's all that matters. If you can sell it for $200 that's a great flip and an unbelievable ROI.

If you are going to develop that's great too, then the domain has nothing to do with the value, its your hard work and strategy.

Because someone pays for a hand reg does not give it value so yes something can be worth 0. I could go register 122333444455555666666777777788888888999999999.com Because I think its cool that each number was represented by its face value one 1 two 2's etc... That reg would cost $9.99 that name is worthless.

This is the flaw with appraisal sections, if you know what its worth or what you can sell it for it does not matter what a bunch of strangers, who you have no idea their background or business sense think.

And I mean this with no disrespect but to say the .me is better than the .com is an opinion shared by only one person on this planet.

If something sells for $30 and it cost $9.99 imo that is not 0 most people all they have is time, the time to sales ratio only matters when someone has many viable options and opportunities in life. So IMO if a $9.99 domain sells for $30 that is a triple. Again IMO

I understand you are new to domains and totally excited as a result. But anybody can pick a mediocre available domain like you just did, it doesn't take any talent really.
Wasting money is the easy part.
The bottom line is that it has no resale value. Develop ? Any domain can be developed. So what makes it so special ?
