Well, personally I would. I think that would be a very good price. The reason being, this is a "brandable" name, as opposed to a pure "generic" business/service domain such as computers.com.
When considering value, you have to think of the business reasons why you would pay a large amount for the domain. A large price usually means the domain is VERY brandable, i.e. short, memorable, easy to spell, highly marketable, high value internet industry e.g. cloud.com.
When it comes to meatandpotatoespgh wanting it, the business case isn't really there. Having meatandpotatoes.com would make very little difference to their business revenue. The same cannot be said for a tech company managing to acquire cloud.com.
So, when you get a good offer that works for you, definitely take it. I hope that helps.
