I thought of the car thing too. You can make a site on lemon law, or about providing consumer information on buying cars. There's plenty of search traffic you can get on seo here, and the ppc earnings are absolutely fabulous (5$ on ovt). SEO can be on a carpart by part basis, then building up to target keywords like buy a car. There are lots of car forums around, and you can buy links in very active members' signatures. Car blogs and enthusiast sites are other places to find links, and if you can provide a tool that pulls loan info from banks for specific popular car models relative to avg credit score, you'll probably find it's good link bait and get plenty of free links.
For monetization in short term until seo brings traffic, you can shoot for ppc arbitrage, though the competitiveness of the auto industry might have eliminated any arbitrage possibility.
I see the logo as an eye where the pupil is half human half tire. i four (wheels)

There are a number of scripts out there that allow you to set up flash games sites ... I googled and it cam up with a reasonable list:

The thing is, because the barrier to entry for these kinds sites is so low, there are hundreds out there; some would say that the niche is saturated.

If I were you, I wouldn't use a domain this short (and presumably valuable) on such a site ... a 5 or 6 letter .com would suffice.

That said I don't have any sensible suggestions for the domain.

lol thats the problem wit people these days.. they got nice domains and they dont know what to do wit then or how to develop them. I4.com can be a good site..why make it a searcg engine? i mean whats the point of traying to beat google.com
google yahoo and msn got that game on lock there no way nobody will shut google yahoo and msn down. like the first poster said.. the hottie rating idea sounds good.i would stick to that one.

Have you heard of the Americredit i4 culture yet? "AmeriCredit has built its business and created a workplace based on four fundamental principles: integrity, investment, innovation and information." Maybe you could do something with that or even offer it if you're willing to sell.

Otherwise I would go with the car theme. Check out Wordtracker results for i4. It's mostly about cars: Jeep 2.4-liter i4, Ford Fusion i4, Mercury Cougar i4, etc. If you need help developing it, PM me.

I think it would make a great news portal. Maybe something like Google News?
