I have two issues with my site: shirtsays.com that I am trying to develop along.

1: I have a facebook comment box plugin for wordpress that was working. All of a sudden it isn't any longer. In fact it just says "comments:" twice at the bottom of each shirt now. I am not sure if an update to the plugin or a conflicting with another plugin is making this not work or perhaps I removed a piece of scripting I need. This is my first issue I could use help with.

2. The second issue is a lot of times when my webpage loads it doesn't load every shirt image. on Internet Explorer it sometimes just doesn't load and shows the shirt images and red x's. In firefox it just doesn't show anything. It is very odd and usually refreshing once or twice solves the problem. I would really like to know why this is happening. If a simple refresh loads it I am hoping the solution is simple.

Please someone help. Like I said if needed I am willing to pay some money for fixes to these small issues. Thank you.

1. Your comment plugin is probably not compatible with your WP version.

2. It's a local isp issue faced by you, if you still think the site is slow, use wp-cache plugin

Good Luck

Samit, if it is a local isp issue by me why have I experienced this issue both at home and at my computer at work. That is too different places I am experiencing the issue.

I have setup the wp-cache plugin already and set it up. When you go to the site you don't experience any of the shirt missing on the main page? Or if you go to page 2 or page 3? Maybe I get the issue because I am actually logged in to my wordpress both at home and at work? I haven't tried looking at it from many computers.

Also as for compatibility it says it works with up to Wordpress 3.0 which is what I am currently running. Please someone help, thanks!

I didn't have any issues seeing the designs. WP-cache actually brings down load speeds dramatically, so that should help.

Regarding your comment plugin - if its compatible w/ the current version the next logical check would be to see if the embedded code has been broken. Check your 'singlepost.php' file in the theme editor.

So I have checked on more then three computers and the issue is definitely happening with images. I would really like to figure out what the issue it. Basically sometimes images just don't load for the shirts and there is a blank space. No one has this issue or as heard of "GalleryPro" or Wordpress having this issue?

Also still can't seem to get Facebook comments to work :-/

Okay, I got the Facebook comments to work. Woohoo!

Now I just need to figure out this issue with images occasionally not loading. They don't load and then when you refresh they do load. Anyone have any ideas why this would be happening? I am using gallery pro and each image is one image in a "gallery" associated to that post. Anyone ever heard of this issue?

I just visited your site and honestly I really have to agree that I think your problem with the shirts images not loading is on your end only because not only did the shirt images load, but they loaded really quickly for me, which is fantastic considering your website is so graphics-intense.

you may have to clear your cache, flush your dns, and other little tweaks that make your online experience a bit better

With any problem you might have with WP, always first upgrade to the latest version. Also, this is forum, place to have the answers and not to pay for them :)

Well that is good to know.

I do have the latest wordpress installed.

Okay so I have finally gotten SOMEONE in an email saying that the site wasn't working. If someone who is knowledgeable of wordpress can help me out I would really appreciate it.

Sometimes when you click on an actual shirt when that page loads, it doesn't load the image of the shirt. If you then refresh, viola, it shows up! I am REALLY getting annoyed by this issue and can't find ANY instance of the subject through google. :( someone please help!!!

Again each post has its own "gallery" and the image is attached and uploaded to that post. Gallery Pro and the Wordpress theme takes car of the rest. How could a simple reload show the image? I want that image to load on the first try every time. :(

plz use wp 3.2 stable rather than 3 bc plugins are not compatible with 3; ans second is that as we are blogger plz use images site b/w 26kb to 35kb; it will decrease your sites load time and All images will load in a speedy way

Those aren't the problems dj2oon. I was having this image issue BEFORE upgrading Wordpress. I need someone who knows what they are doing to look at my code. If you click on a shirt it DOESNT load the image. Then if you refresh it does. I need someone to figure this out, there is no easy answer it seems. Again, I am willing to pay someone for their time who thinks they can fix it.

Hi there mhardgrove, I can confirm the issue you're having with the page not displaying images the first time round - it's quite sporadic and since this is my first visit to the site I not convinced it has anything to do with caching as earlier suggested.

Since I have been using Firefox and the Firebug plugin (which I thoroughly recommend as a great web dev tool) I noticed the page often complains about 'ConvertEntities [function] not being defined' - this relates to the thickbox code you are using - this may or may not be a show stopper to your page loading images correctly (some people have mentioned this warning only appears in Firebug) but I do wonder if you're missing something from your thickbox setup.

Have you attempted to disable all your plugins before enabling them one at a time to identify what breaks and when? I personally am not in love with that Facebook comments plugin myself but hey...

cibydesign makes a good point that plugins may be the problem.
I've noticed problems on other sites with ThickBox and that is why I'm not using it on my blog with NextGen gallery, I'm using Shutter.
For the record, I revisted your site and now I'm having the same problem as you and others have.
