Does Godaddy accept Unverified Paypal?
I have bank cards,but I have no International Credit Card.
In China,if you want to verify your Paypal account,you must have an International Credit Card.

Yumi, if you have a paypal account and paypal is able to make deductions from your bank account or you have credit in your PP account, then you should be able to make a purchase from GD. Alternatively...if it is a problem, then find a friendly nameproer, transfer the funds to them, ask them to reg the name and then transfer it to you...

AFAIK, GOdaddy only accepts Verified Paypal accounts...
