The name of the website is RealFunnyShit.com & Smartjoes.com

Smartjoes will be partnering up with RealFunnyShit.com to bring you the latest interesting news.

I need a website where its easy for people to submit videos and I can upload them in the backend.
I don't know any php or any type of coding so I need the backend to be easy to use the website also must have a news sections and everything like break.com

The design can look similar to Break.com But I would like something unique
