I just received this email after having my domain up on Sedo for only a week.

If they were anything professional they would have a site.

That is what I figured. When I typed name-deals.com it re directed me to a web hosting company.

These emails are second to the Nigerian emails one receives. They send you a email exciting you to an interested prospect domain they are interested in, they send you to a domain to appraise it before they buy. Then ..I'm sorry it's not what we wanted. They know now domainers are waiting for a bite

From a legal perspective all they do is spam, I guess the risk for these spammers is quite low.
