Please house i will like to know if any tech niche with 3 words can have any value. Tho estibot Appraised it to be over $800.I'm just worried coz of the long letters. Example is llllllvvvvvyyyy.com
The letters are over 12. Please help drop opinions. It has average Cpc of $18.75

I don't think anyone including myself can appraise a domain name without the name itself..
Would recommend you to ask for an appraisal in the Appraise Section.

Even without knowing the domain itself, the ones that have descent value are two word or 3 word .coms. If the term is tech and well known and also has the search volume, cpc and related sites to back it up then go for it.

In the example you gave you said it has $18 cpc well that is awesome but how many searches does it have and how many related sites are out there. These factors you must take into consideration to understand the sort of value the domain has.

Hi. It would probably make more sense for you to share the domain. If the domain makes sense than you probably have something. There are tons of 3-word tech domains that would fetch good money.

I would love to share the domain names, but it's so unfortunate that right now I'm so broke to register them right away. But I've done an extensive research on the names and they are worth big bucks, I just keep hoping they don't get snatched before I'm able to afford them. Cpc, search rates has been confirmed also. Im sorry onwce more I can't reveal the names till I'm able to register them. I will surely bring them up here once I register them, I'm super excited to knw long tail domain names still remain valuable.

Maybe the name is unregistered for a reason, domaining is hugely competitive, hordes of domainers are doing a lot of research, snapping anything that moves left and right. Even assuming your research is correct and the figures are right, this domain may not get any type-in at all. It could very well be worth regfee undeveloped.

Sure, mind you, I make use of "Google keyword planner" mentioning estibot is is side.
Like I said, I put into consideration; CPC, Search rank and similar links, ads etc.

I know I sound crazy, but with facts I'm sure I am on d right path, yes I was surprised to find such domain names available, but the simple trick is that each keyword has very high search, cpc rate, hence combining those words together makes the value high. I won't even be targeting to sell to domainers(so sorry about that). I'm currently listing contacts of end users and brokers.
